General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the cbajl platform and its users. cbajl is an online betting and casino platform that provides various gaming services for users in Bangladesh. In these Terms:

• "Platform" means the cbajl website and all associated services.
• "User" means any member registered on cbajl.
• "Account" means a user's personal account on the platform.

cbajl will never ask for your password via email or chat. If anyone asks for your password, treat it as fraud and notify our support immediately.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per payment method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal processing time: within 10 to 45 minutes.

• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirement must be met.
• cbajl reserves the right to suspend withdrawals in the case of suspicious transactions.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

cbajl provides various bonuses and promotional offers. These offers are governed by the following terms and conditions:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
• A minimum deposit of ৳100 is required to receive the bonus.
• To withdraw the bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times (20x).
• A specific time limit applies for meeting the wagering requirement.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and terms and conditions.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless explicitly permitted.
• cbajl reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is suspected, cbajl may cancel the bonus.
• Separate terms apply for cashback bonuses according to VIP level.

Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules must be followed for betting and gaming activities on the cbajl platform:

• All bets are conducted under fair and transparent rules. The outcome of every game is verifiable.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical error, cbajl reserves the right to cancel the relevant bet and return the stake.
• In sports betting, the official result of the match will be considered final.
• Odds may change in live betting — verify the odds before placing a bet.
• Cricket betting includes BPL, IPL, the T20 World Cup and other international cricket tournaments.
• Exploiting any bug or error in the game software is strictly prohibited.

Prohibited Activities and Account Cancellation

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cbajl platform:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using false or incorrect identity information.

• Playing games using software bots, automated tools or artificial means.
• Placing coordinated bets with the intention of exploiting the bonus system.

• Using another user's account credentials without permission.
• Threatening, harassing or engaging in offensive behaviour on the platform.

If a user is found to be involved in any of the above activities, cbajl reserves the right to suspend or permanently cancel the account without prior notice. The balance in the account may be forfeited in such cases.

VIP Program and Cashback

cbajl's VIP program has 5 levels. Each level provides weekly cashback along with various exclusive benefits:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%.
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%.
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%.
• Diamond: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%.

VIP level advancement is determined based on regular activity and betting volume on the platform. As you move to higher levels, the cashback rate increases and additional benefits are provided.

cbajl reserves the right to modify the terms of the VIP program at any time. Users will be informed in advance of any changes.

Responsible Gaming Policy

cbajl believes in responsible gaming and is committed to protecting its users. We follow the tools and policies listed below:

• Deposit Limits: Users can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits.
• Self-Exclusion: Users can temporarily close their account for a specified period.
